1. Purpose of LoboForge Studio

LoboForge Studio exists to empower creators and content consumers with a platform built around freedom, privacy, crypto-based payments, and unrestricted artistic expression. We do not engage in moral policing, taste enforcement, or subjective censorship.

2. Absolutely Prohibited Content

To comply with global law and maintain platform integrity, the following is strictly prohibited:

• No sexualized minors.
• No depictions, suggestions, or AI-generated representations of minors in sexual situations.
• No content involving real or fictional characters portrayed as under 18 in sexual contexts.

This rule exists solely due to legal requirements and infrastructure risk (hosting providers, ISPs, and data carriers). Violations will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.

3. Allowed Content

All adult content featuring adults is permitted. NSFW, explicit, erotic, artistic, fetish, and experimental material is allowed. You are responsible for marking your content appropriately.

4. Memberships and Included Features

Memberships grant access to features, benefits, and content as described at the time of purchase. LoboForge Studio reserves the right to modify membership features at any time to improve service, enhance creator tools, maintain platform performance, or expand capabilities.

Any changes will always be made in good faith and with the intent to better serve creators and their audiences.

5. Creator Rights and Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their uploaded works, models, LoRAs, and posts. LoboForge Studio does not claim rights to redistribute or license creator content.

6. Consumer Rights

Consumers may access purchased or membership-unlocked content according to the terms set by the creator. Redistribution of creator content outside the platform is not permitted.

7. Privacy & Data

LoboForge Studio does not track, sell, or analyze user data. Crypto payments offer privacy by design. No personal data is required beyond what is necessary for account security.

8. Platform Enforcement

Outside of the strictly illegal categories listed above, LoboForge Studio does not moderate content based on morality, aesthetics, subject matter, or cultural norms. We only enforce:

• Technical and legal safety standards
• Protection of minors
• Security, fraud prevention, and infrastructure integrity

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or removed for violations of the prohibited content policy, security issues, or malicious activity.

10. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of major changes.
